01 What does “Customer First” mean in a machinery project?

It means starting with the customer's product, production target, materials, formats, factory conditions, and future plans before recommending a machine configuration.

In some cases, that may mean recommending more automation. In others, it may mean advising the customer not to invest in functions that are unnecessary for the current production plan.

02 Will DROID tell us if a requested specification is not practical?

Yes. If a requested speed, material combination, product format, or process condition creates technical risk, we prefer to discuss that before manufacturing rather than simply confirm a specification that may later be difficult to achieve reliably.

03 Why can machine performance depend on customer materials?

The first priority is to understand the symptom and identify the variables involved. Depending on the case, the root cause may relate to machine settings, materials, process conditions, product design, operation, or several factors together.

The objective is to identify the cause, define a practical solution, and verify whether that solution works under production conditions.
